Equestrian Centre

Pongarosa is based 10 minutes from Pukekohe and Waiuku, and is on 38 acres going to the Waikato river. The land is mostly flat but it does have some hills which are perfect for xcountry jumps or just for fitness work. 

On the flat it has an area for obstacles and next to it are two rings set up with showjumps. 

There is also a 20x60 dressage arena and in the winter we run our pole clinics in it.

Pongarosa  prides it self to give young, green, uneducated  horses the time and space to have a stress free experience. Pongarosa events are fun low key for this reason. No need to plait or wear a showjacket. You must however always wear a helmet when riding and wear toe enclosed shoes. ( also the persons who accompany you must wear proper foot wear )
